These Terms of Service include the rules you must follow while using the Lesson Radar application. Please read these terms carefully before using the application.

Scope and Changes

The Lesson Radar application is operated by Mehmet Karaarslan. These Terms of Service regulate the use of the application and take effect on the date they are published. Updates and changes made on the application take effect immediately upon publication.

Age Limit and Target Audience

The Lesson Radar application is designed for parents, teachers, and students over the age of 13. By registering for the application and using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old or that you are the legal parent/guardian of a student using the application. Individuals under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using the application directly on their own.

Service Content and Use

The services offered by the Lesson Radar application are designed to be used in accordance with legal regulations. While using the application, users are obliged to comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, and international agreements and customs. Mehmet Karaarslan reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate its services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

User Obligations

All users are obliged to comply with the rules below while using the application:

1. Not to engage in unlawful sharing or actions that constitute a crime.
2. Not to engage in actions that violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
3. Not to distribute malicious software or exploit security vulnerabilities.
4. Not to use the offered services contrary to their purpose or abuse them.
5. Not to engage in behavior that will prevent other users from benefiting from the offered services.
6. To provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during registration and throughout the use of the service.

Account Deletion Process

Users may start an account deletion request either inside the application or through our public account deletion page. Once the request is confirmed, access to the account is closed immediately; except for records that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logo, software, and other materials on the Lesson Radar application belong to Mehmet Karaarslan regarding intellectual property and copyright, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution of these contents is prohibited.

General Provisions

1. All users, by continuing to use the application, accept and commit to use this platform in a lawful and moral manner, solely for personal purposes, and not to engage in any actions that violate the rights of third parties.
2. The legal and criminal responsibilities of the users regarding their transactions and actions within the application belong entirely to themselves.
3. We do our best to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information included in the application. However, despite all our efforts, this information may lag behind actual changes, and there may be some differences.
4. There may be hyperlinks in the application to other websites, applications, and platforms operated by third parties whose contents are unknown by us. Mehmet Karaarslan only provides access to these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.
5. Although we do our best to keep the application free from viruses, we do not guarantee that it is completely free of viruses. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to take the necessary precautions against viruses when downloading data.

Limitations of Liability

Mehmet Karaarslan cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Lesson Radar application. Our application is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee is given that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.

Dispute Resolution

Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized for any disputes that may arise from the use of the Lesson Radar application. These terms will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

Final Provisions

These Terms of Service entered into force on April 14, 2026, and if you continue to use the application, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service. If any provision in the Terms of Service is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.
